This award is open to practitioners who have completed their initial aesthetic training within the last 24 months and have since demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and progress in their aesthetic practice.

Judging Criteria
Our judges will be looking for:
Demonstrated Progress – How far you’ve come since your training and how you’ve built your confidence as a practitioner.
Quality of Work – Evidence of excellent patient results, skill, and technique.
Commitment to Learning – How you’ve continued to develop your skills and expand your expertise.
Impact on Patients – Testimonials, client feedback, and success stories that showcase patient satisfaction.
Shortlisted entries will be invited to an online Zoom interview with the Derma Institute senior team to help select the finalists and overall winner.
